We provide carbon neutral shipping at no cost to you. Your purchase supports key solutions that remove carbon for a minimum of 10 years.
After you place your order, our system calculates carbon emissions based off your shipping preferences.
We purchase carbon removal credits which fund companies that are proving, scaling, and commercializing climate solutions for massive impact in the long term.
Standard Shipping Costs
We ship domestic orders for a flat rate charge of $6. Please allow 2 business days for orders to be processed. Your order will usually be delivered within 2-7 business days. ‘Business days’ exclude holidays and weekends, and our shipping department does not operate on weekends or holidays. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email to the address provided with your order. We do everything we can to insure that orders are received on time. However, COUTONIC is not liable for problems out of our control such as inclement weather, lost packages, delayed delivery schedule or incorrect provided addresses.
All orders over $99 in the US will not be charged shipping fees. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/or weight. Free shipping only applies to merchandise; taxes and gift certificates do not count toward the free shipping total.

Changed your mind? No worries. If you are in any way unsatisfied with our products, click here within 30 days of receiving your order for a free return.
Prior to returning your items, please take a moment to review our policies.

- Select which item(s) you would like to return. Follow the prompts to initiate your return.

You will receive a returns label after we approve your request. Print out the provided UPS or USPS label and tape it to the outside of your COUTONIC return package.

International Shipping & Returns
International orders are shipped using USPS with a wide variety of shipping options to choose from starting at $40. With the Economy Shipping option, only partial tracking information is provided. Faster shipping options with insurance and full length tracking information are also provided. All orders over $199 outside the US will not be charged shipping fees. Expected delivery time varies between 11-29 business days based on location. For your protection, we require that the billing address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank.
We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a coupon on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any of the item(s).
International customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. If COUTONIC’s return labels are used outside of the United States they will incur additional charges that will be the responsibility of the sender. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records. If you have any questions or concerns about Return Shipping, please contact us.
Return Policies
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. We have the right to refuse any refund if we believe that there is any sign of wear, alterations, odors, or damage to the fabric. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Accessories, vintage, discounted and sale items are final sale. Damaged items, wrong items or missing items upon arrival must be claimed by the recipient in an e-mail within 7 days of delivery.
Return Processing
Once we have received and accepted your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. Due to limited quantity and quickly moving inventory, we cannot guarantee that the item will remain in stock by the time your return arrives to our warehouse. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order for the item and send the original item back for a refund.
