You're out of my size. What should I do?

Some items are so demanding that we may restock some units. Therefore, we suggest sending us an email at info@coutonic.com with the item you are interested in and your size. In the event that this item becomes available in the size selected, you will be notified via email.

How do I know what size to order?

Our Size Guide can help you decide which size is perfect for you. Each product page also has a size guide section where we give notes and guidance on each particular style's fit - whether or not it has stretch, what sizes our models are wearing, and if we recommend sizing up or down. To make sure you are receiving the best fit, we suggest taking your own measurements to get the most accurate read.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

If you provided a valid email address during the checkout process, you will receive an email after your order is placed with your order details.

I received a faulty or incorrect item. What do I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. Email us at info@coutonic.com with your order number and photos of the item indicating the defect or item received, so we can fix this issue for you as soon as possible.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you contact us within 24 hrs, we may be able to make changes to your order. If your order has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to make changes.

Do you offer student discounts?

Unfortunately, we do not offer student discounts at this time.
