Our ethically crafted Organic Cotton Totes originate from Turkey, where they are meticulously produced in an eco-conscious manufacturing facility that strictly adheres to local labor laws. Crafted with care, our totes are adorned with bronze COUTONIC branded labels, each meticulously fashioned by a skilled Slovenian metal craftsman with whom we maintain a direct and collaborative partnership. These labels serve as a symbol of our unwavering dedication to quality and sustainability. Our paints are custom made and hand mixed in house. Each tote is expertly designed, screen-printed and every label is lovingly hand-sewn onto our totes in Orlando, Florida by sustainable designer and owner of COUTONIC, Danielle McKellar.
ABOUT ORGANIC COTTON
This fabric is grown using methods with low environmental impact. The seeds are non-gmo, and the crop is farmed without the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers - making it safer for the farmers, workers, and the entire wildlife eco-systems. The organic cotton used is also GOTS certified, meaning it has met requirements that ensure the organic status from harvest through environmentally & socially responsible manufacturing.
